Holmes Spun Theatre is back! Our beautiful theatre opened in May 2001 with the original Holmes Spun Theatre show written by Mary Otto and Lynn Hummel. HST told a tongue-in-cheek history of Detroit Lakes and Becker County. Our 2024 version of HST continues that same tradition and brings you up to date with all the wonderful changes in DL over the past 20+ years. Written by Brent Gerber, HST III incorporates some of the treasures from the original and also the 2012 version of Holmes Spun II.
