He received a verbal education on how the Ladies arrived with their song selection. The conversation went like this: Jazz is a highly developed art form that continues to evolve and expand in numerous directions. The music of each decade sounds fresh and distinct from the music that preceded it; therefore, we plan to play the classical Jazz. Each of the Ladies has a different answer to include Max Roach and John Coltrane. The Divas of Jazz have a musical itch that needs to be scratched and they have a plan to address both the old and the new jazz eras.
