General Terms and Conditions

Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they are binding for all ticket purchases.

*All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. No refunds or exchanges are available unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled.

*All patrons must have a ticket, regardless of age, unless expressly stated.

*No recording devices, still cameras, or video cameras are permitted without the prior, express permission of the performing artists.

*No smoking, food, or beverages are allowed in the auditorium.

*We encourage all patrons to purchase tickets in advance of the performance to avoid long lines and late seating.

*Out of courtesy for all patrons, we highly suggest arriving early to events in order to avoid being seated late. The main lobby of the DeVos Center for Arts and Worship is generally open at least one hour before the event, and the auditorium doors are generally open 30 minutes prior to the start of a performance.

*To be seated per your ticket, you must arrive on time. Once the performance begins and the auditorium doors close, no latecomers will be admitted until an appropriate break occurs, as designated by the artist and house manager. Late seating entry varies with each performance and may be significant. If you are seated late, you will be directed to an easily accessible set in the rear of the venue until intermission. At intermission, you will be allowed to move to your original, ticketed seat.

*Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, is impaired by drugs or alcohol, or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions listed above.
